If a woman refuses to take emergency contraception, what options does?
I personally knew a woman who got pregnant using every method of birth control available at that time. Condom, IUD, diaphragm, the pill, and EVEN TUBAL LIGATION! Every method has a failure rate/risk. None of these pregnancies were planned. I don't know how many children she gave birth to, but I do know that the one after the tubal ligation implanted on the outside of the uterus and precipitated a hysterectomy. She worked with me, so all these pregnancies did not get her ahead financially. Best method of birth control? The zipper on your pants. Don't suggest the woman is after $ when you were obviously very involved in the process.
